Terms & ConditionsTerms & Conditions of sale The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms & conditions. Description of Goods Product Availability All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on out website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description. If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. Printing and Pricing errors If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price. Payment Methods The goods can only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. Delivery All orders are carefully packed and dispatched and are fully insured against lost or damage. Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request but will incur additional charge. Product Guarantee If your product should fail within this period, our customer services department will arrange for repairs by return to the manufacturers authorized service agents. The customer is responsible for the returning of any goods at their own expense. Returns - "No Fault" Pre-recorded video tapes, CD, minidisc and other software must be sealed. We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product without proof of purchase, or if the seal has been broken on any software. After this 7 days period, unwanted goods will only be accepted back at EDGWARE Hi-Fi Centre discretion and be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the goods returned. Returns - "With Fault" We will replace the product or refund your money when the product is returned with the original box and packaging, together with any free gifts offered with the product. Our aim to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by neglect, misuse, dropping and damage resulting from exposure to sand or water. Generally, our service department will verify these products as faulty, or we will seek advice from the manufacturer or a manufacturer approved service agent. If a pre-recorded video tape, CD, minidisc or other software is faulty under guarantee we will not repair it, but we will exchange it for the same title or refund your money. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims: Shortages In-Correct Goods Damage in Transit If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card. Security Data Protection These terms & conditions do not affect your legal rights and we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
